RobertMalli.com A veteran of the 1991 Gulf war, Robert Malli's career in web development began in 1995 as webmaster for the Army Medical Command and Army Surgeon General. In 1996 Robert joined Booz-Allen & Hamilton where he was instrumental in restructuring Booz-Allen's government billing application, "Time Online". In 1999 he accepted the position of Vice-President of Research and Development for LearningStream Inc, where he led and developed a number of learning multimedia projects for such clients as ERA, PBS, NIH, and Century 21. During this time Robert developed LearningStream's E-Course Engine which went on to win the "Outstanding New Product" award at the 2000 Online Learning Conference. In 2001 Robert assumed the position of Chief Technology Officer for Iceweb Communications where he brought to market the web's first PowerPoint to Flash converter.

Robert established Mallisoft Inc. in March 2002, to launch his wide array of custom multimedia applications, including Video Resume, Video Email, as well as learning applications developed to AICC and SCORM learning standards. Robert also served as a Learning Consultant for Global Learning Systems of Bethesda, Maryland. In 2003 he took the position of Solutions Architect at Flatter & Associates in Stafford, Virginia. During this time he developed many risk management applications for the Homeland Security sector.

In 2006 Robert served as Senior Applications Systems Analyst for Learnwright Inc, an online courseware provider for the pharmaceutical industry. In 2008 Mr. Malli begain developing applications for the Federal Aviation Authority. These included a Flex/GIS application displaying airport information and searchable video and audio players for the FAA video library.

In 2010 Mr. Malli contracted with CACI to provide Flex development for Virtual Interactive Processing System (VIPS) to streamline the application process for military applicants.
